Wood Shop

Our custom woodshop is here to provide you with your dream piece. We specialize in creating stunning tables, wine racks, pergolas or any other furniture that you may need.

Saw Mill

If you need small amounts of Pine lumber we have got you covered. We can cut lumber from 2x4's to 14x14 and up to 18 ft long. This is great if you are looking for a DIY approach to some larger projects.

Custom Signs

CNC Milling can be very beneficial to your business or home. We can cut out any design or logo from wood and acrylic. If you are looking for custom signs, wall art, or personalized engraving then give us a call.

What We Do
Raging Buffalo is a custom woodshop that has two major sectors.
1: We offer CNC milling. We create custom signs and cutouts for your home or business. Whether you need a company logo or a moose cutout to hang on your wall, you have found the right place. You will recieve a computerized 3D model of your piece before we start cutting anything.
2: We create custom furniture designed specifically for you including tables, pergolas, wine racks and more. We encourage you to help with the design process. Once the build begins, you receive plenty of updates with photos. At these points we discuss if you want any changes made to the piece so that we end up with the perfect product for you.

About

Raging Buffalo Woodworks and Lumber is a local Wyoming woodshop at the foot of the Snowy Mountains. Several years ago, we started out as a construction company in Laramie. The more projects we took part in, the more we fell in love with custom woodworking. After getting the chance to build wine racks, pergolas, tables and more, it was decided that this was the route that we were meant to take.

Now we get to spend our days cutting wood on the sawmill and creating lumber pieces built to last a lifetime. We are passionate about taking your ideas and bringing them to life.

Logan Johnson

Owner

Logan started in construction at the age of 18 as a carpenter, then transitioned into building and operating water treatment plants. This experience shaped his machinery skills and ability to carry out projects. His imagination is expressed through our unique designs. Being technical and detail oriented, he ensures that the customer’s projects result in perfection.

Kevin Cox

Owner

Kevin has owned two construction companies in Laramie over the last 30 years. As a master of joinery, he is a craftsman of understanding of how different materials work together. Kevin has built multiple houses, barns and pergolas by himself. Kevin’s dedication to his craft is unmatched. He will work from 5am-10pm with an unwavering smile on his face.

Kevin and Logan

Team

Kevin and Logan have known each other for over 15 years. If they are not working they are either skiing or fishing (usually together). They work extremally well together and make for a great team!
